Dear Members,
We are now at the start of the winter season and, as usual at this time of year, we are sending you an e-mail reminding you of the general terms and conditions of sale (point 4.4 concerning resignation procedures), the full text of which can be found at the following link: BDGC Terms & Conditions .
As announced at the information meeting on 6 November (the report of which was sent out in the last Newsletter), in 2024 the unlimited course booking will be included in your membership fees, at a cost of just €179*! What’s more, all Full Members and Town Members will benefit from a 10% discount on the “I Love Golf Club” package of 10-11 hours of group lessons per week for adults**! And to keep the good vibes going, don’t forget our partnerships with 5 other golf courses in Belgium and even Northern France. Finally, as we haven’t imposed any indexation on memberships fee since 2015, we feel compelled to do so for next year by 4%, as energy and other costs have risen sharply.
Therefore, as every year, we’re taking the liberty of polling your intentions for 2024.
There are 3 options open to you:
- If you renew your membership under the same conditions, you have nothing to communicate other than to wait for your invoice.
- If you do not wish to renew your membership for 2024, please let us know by e-mail before 30 November 2023 via the following link: : Membership – Resignation.
- If you wish to remain a member in 2024 but wish to change the conditions (e.g. no more locker in 2024 or become a Full Member instead of a Practice Member or …) please let us know by the same deadline, 30 November 2023 by e-mail via the following link: : Membership – Changes.
Your invoice will be sent to you by e-mail (unless you request otherwise) from the following address noreply@mailing.i-golf.be during the week of 4 December (please check your spam folder too). You will only pay on receipt of this invoice with the mandatory structured communication.
REMINDER:
Members*** who pay their membership fee before 31.12.2023 will receive a €85 ball credit pack (50 credits) from the secretariat.
